The power of touch and massage is profound. Massage therapy involves the soft tissue such as the muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, and other connective tissues. It increases the quality of your life by managing musculoskeletal pain and your sense of physical and emotional health. Our bodies often pick up tension and strains from everyday activities. Muscular pain and discomfort can impinge on our wellbeing.
