Your privacy is of upmost importance and we are committed to protecting your personal information. All information will be secured in line with the technical, physical and administrative regulations set out by the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).

The type of personal information we collect:

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • The personal information collected for the service includes:

    • Personal contact details- name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth

    • Emergency contact details- named emergency contact, GP details

  • The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

  • When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

  • We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

For personal information that is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases for collecting and using your personal information:

  • Our legitimate interests (which are not overridden by your privacy rights), such as operating our business, understanding and improving our Services, direct marketing related to our Services, communicating with our Subscribers and users about our Services, events or related resources, improving our websites and protecting our legal rights and interests.

How we store personal information:

Your information is securely stored.

Personal information retained in paper format will be stored in a locked facility and all electronic records will be coded and password protected. All personal data will be held for 6 years post therapy end date in line with insurance and ICO recommendations. After this date, all records will be securely destroyed.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

Personal information and data is not used for marketing.

 

Communication:

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

  • Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

  • Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

  • Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

  • Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
