Zoe Hulton
Psychotherapist / Counsellor (NCPS) Accredited in Children and Young Persons Counselling

Zoe adopts an integrative approach and combines psychotherapeutic counselling with mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and body-based techniques such as hypnotherapy, brainspotting and somatic belief reprogramming. The techniques she uses very much depend on the individual and each client is provided with a toolbox of resources, strategies and coping mechanisms they can use when required.

Zoe helps you understand how to manage and improve symptoms which affect your behaviour and can contribute to stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, insomnia and many more conditions. She works with clients at their own pace, to help them understand why they feel and act the way they do. The ultimate goal is for you to achieve root cause resolution and heal inside both your body and your mind.
Zoe provides a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space to support and encourage people of all ages on their individual journeys.
