It is important that we understand how to look after ourselves on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Sue teaches you skills, equips you with knowledge, is compassionate, reassuring and creates confidence in you to instil change.
She has a special interest and training in working with those with stress related conditions, chronic fatigue (CFS/ME), hormonal imbalances, supporting women during the menopause, anxiety and depression in all ages, teenage mental health, children, healthy eating and lifestyle.
She is passionate about identifying and helping you understand the root cause of your symptoms, using her extensive combined experience in order to improve your level of health and sense of wellbeing, using natural solutions.
Sue listens, takes into account your detailed history and uses her experience to ascertain what needs to be addressed, combining Wellbeing Life Coaching with Nutritional Advice, Homeopathy, Bach Flower Essences and Kinesiology (muscle testing) in an integrated way. Helping you understand yourself better and empowering you to make necessary changes to enjoy life with greater flow and less resistance or difficulty.
This is not only physically but mentally, emotionally and spiritually. She will help you bring about positive change, achieve goals you set, wherever you are on life’s path and work towards fulfilling your life purpose.
You have the power to make a positive difference to your health.
"Health is the ability to adapt to an ever-changing scene around us and to move forward with as much ease as possible, my aim is to to help you achieve this". (Sue Roberts)
What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional therapy is the promotion of health through personalised nutrition and lifestyle support. Treatment seeks to identify the underlying causes of your symptoms rather than focussing on them. Food and lifestyle choices influence your health and general wellbeing. There is no "one size fits all" approach or diet for all, and advice is tailored in a way you can adhere to and feel empowered through greater understanding of your body's needs. Combined with coaching during sessions assists in fulfilling your objectives.
