How it works
Manual Lymphatic Drainage stimulates the lymphatic system promoting the removal of excess fluid and waste products from the tissues. It can promote wellness in clients with a healthy lymphatic system but is particularly beneficial when the lymphatic system is under additional pressure from excess fluid due to interrupted lymphatic flow or swelling following surgery or injury.
